Chế tạo vật liệu xúc tác nano PtRuCo/C-MWCNTs cho điện cực pin nhiên liệu methanol

چکیده

Trong nghiên cứu này, hạt xúc tác nano hợp kim platinum-ruthenium-cobalt (PtRuCo) trên chất nền hỗn carbon Vulcan XC-72 với ống đa thành (C-MWCNTs) được tổng bằng phương pháp đồng khử. Hạt PtRuCo từ các tiền H2PtCl6, RuCl3, CoCl2, và khử là NaBH4 kết ethylene glycol (EG). Các mẫu sau khi chế tạo đánh giá bởi đo phổ tán xạ năng lượng tia X (EDX), nhiễu (XRD), kính hiển vi điện tử truyền qua (TEM), quét thế vòng tuần hoàn (CV). quả đạc phân tích cho thấy, ba phần khả oxy hóa methanol cao hơn 10% chống ngộ độc CO gấp đôi so hai PtRu. Hơn nữa, C-MWCNTs hoạt tính 5% kháng 83% carbon.
